Client Project Reflection
For the Airlie client project, I worked on personal merchandising, focusing on hats and hoodies which could also be worked into further apparel designs. While working on it, I had to consider the complexity of designs, as small detailed designs would not fit on the hats. If I would do it again, I think I would work more on a variety of apparel and designs if given the time. While working with Airlie, I saw how difficult communication was, and the importance of pleasing the client while also feeding a bit of our own personal taste and preference into the designs and ideas.
Who I am
My name is Mo Griffin, and I am a College of Arts and Science student majoring in psychology hoping to focus in childhood development and counseling, Before this visual literacy, I had some previous basic knowledge of film, photography, and composition from previous high school classes, yet we did not go as in-depth with the information as we did in this class. Now, I have a better understanding of film and photography composition, how to better edit film and photography, and how to work with a client to meet their needs while also giving some personal opinions and insight into your work.
